SCHEDULE OF MAINTENANCE <br />Public Works — Rice Creek Centre <br />Two Times Per Week <br />Entrance & Lobby Area <br />Clean entrance door glass and adjoining interior glass <br />Vacuum carpeted areas and/or entry runners <br />Sweep or dust mop hard surfaced floors, making sure to get edges and <br />corners <br />Wet mop hard surfaced floors <br />Empty trash & recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed <br />Clean and sanitize drinking fountains <br />Spot clean switch plates, walls, doors, kick plates & moldings as needed <br />Dust horizontal surfaces, ledges and lobby furniture as needed. Wipe <br />spots or spills from furniture as needed <br />Offices I Work Areas I Rice Lake Centre <br />Vacuum carpeted areas and mats <br />Sweep or dust mop hard surfaced floors <br />Wet mop hard surfaced floors <br />Empty trash & recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed <br />Wipe down tables & chairs in Rice Lake Centre as needed and arrange <br />furniture neatly <br />Clean sinks, chrome fittings and countertops in Rice Lake Centre <br />Dust horizontal surfaces. We will not disturb papers or personal items. <br />Spot clean switch plates, walls, doors, kick plates and moldings as <br />needed <br />NOTE: Do not clean room marked Conference Room. This is the <br />Sheriff's office and we are not to enter <br />
