Stat. 462.3593, which permit and regulate temporary family health care <br />dwellings; <br />WHEREAS, subdivision 9 of Minn. Stat. 462.3593 allows cities to "opt out" <br />of those regulations; <br />CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Hugo does hereby amend <br />Chapter 90, Article II, Administration and Enforcement by adding the following <br />section: <br />Sec. 90-48 Opt -Out of Minnesota Statutes <br />(a) Pursuant to authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, <br />subdivision 9, the City of Hugo opts -out of the requirements of Minnesota Stat- <br />utes, Section 462.3593. <br />SECTION 2. Severability. In the event that a court of competent juris- <br />diction adjudges any part of this Ordinance to be invalid, such judgment shall <br />not affect any other provision of this Ordinance not specifically included with <br />that judgment. <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date.
