Hugo Recycles Tons in 2002 <br /> Last year Hugo residents recycled almost 650 Wheaties,uses our recycled paper for its cereal <br /> tons of paper,glass,cans,and plastic bottles boxes. <br /> which were used by industry to make new prod- <br /> ucts. In most cases,using recyclables as raw Plastic Bottles— 15.29 tons collected.
