JOIN THE HUGO CITY WATERING <br /> HALL GARDEN CLUB RESTRICTIONS IN <br /> The Hugo City Hall Garden Club is looking for EFFECT <br /> residents to volunteer to assist with the landscap- <br /> ing plan for the City Hall. Made up of master <br /> Hugo residents and property owners who use the <br /> gardeners and other interested individuals,the municipal water supply are being asked to help <br /> Garden Club is primarily involved in planting and conserve water and protect the environment by <br /> maintaining the perennial gardens.
