This project is being undertaken to pro- <br /> mote growth of local business and industry in Hugo, <br /> increase the City's tax base, and add to local employment <br /> opportunities. <br /> Fenway Boulevard will be built from 130th Street to 140th <br /> Street, with municipal sewer and water services provided ;_ <br /> to adjacent properties. This will open approximately nine- <br /> ty acres of land along the west side of Forest Boulevard <br /> h <br /> (T.H. 61) for industrial development,and provide a buffer <br /> between industrial development and residential property <br /> Clearwater Creek.
