New <br /> members on the department receive $5.57 per <br /> hour for each hour of attendance at fire calls and <br /> for each training and administrative drill attend- <br /> f ed. They are eligible for the retirement and other <br /> benefits of being a member of the fire relief asso- <br /> ciation.
