RESOLUTION 2016 - <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELLING TIF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on October 16, 2001, the CITY OF HUGO, Minnesota (the "City") entered <br />into a development agreement with SCHWIETERS PROPERTIES (the "Developer") for <br />improvements generally constituting a light -industrial facility to process home construction <br />products and related improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the improvements have been constructed on the property generally described <br />as Lot 2, Block 1, Schwieters Millwork, Washington County, Minnesota, together with driveway <br />easements; and <br />WHEREAS, to the best of the City's knowledge the Developer has performed all of the <br />requirements contained in the development agreement and has repaid the business subsidy <br />granted by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the Developer has met the conditions <br />of the development agreement dated October 16, 2001, for the improvement of the real estate <br />parcel described herein, and that such agreement is hereby cancelled. <br />Upon roll call the following Members voting AYE: <br />Upon roll call the following Members voting NAY: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 16" day of May, 2016, <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
