Associated <br />Bank <br />May 10, 2016 <br />Bryan Bear <br />City of Hugo <br />Hugo City Hall <br />14669 Fitzgerald Avenue N. <br />Hugo, MN 55038 <br />RE: Schwieters Properties Development Agreement <br />Dear Bryan and City of Hugo City Council: <br />This letter serves as a request to cancel that certain Development Agreement dated October 16, 2001 <br />entered into by the City of Hugo and Schwieters Properties, LLP., relating to the acquisition of certain real <br />property, including, without limitation, the real property listed below. Pursuant to the Development <br />Agreement, the City agreed to sell the Property to Schwieters Properties, LLP for One Dollar ($1.00), <br />subject to the terms and conditions of the Development Agreement. <br />Property Description: <br />• Parcel 1: Lot 2, Block 1, Schwieters Millwork, Washington County, Minnesota <br />• Parcel 2: Together with a driveway easement as created in Driveway Easement Agreement dated <br />November 8, 2000, filed November 14, 2000, as Document No. 3128981. <br />Parcel 3: Together with a driveway easement as created in Driveway Easement Agreement dated <br />October 16, 2001, filed December 10, 2001, as Document No. 3200431. <br />It is our understanding that the TIF District the Agreement pertained to has since been decertified.
