Resolution 2016 - <br />Page 2 <br />a. The developer must obtain all necessary stormwater management and WCA <br />permits from the City. <br />b. The applicant shall complete an as -built survey of the stormwater pond south of <br />Rosemary way that serves this site. <br />b. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />c. Development standards for the project shall be as approved with Resolution 2016 - <br />for the PUD. <br />d. The developer shall provide the Homeowners Association (HOA) documents for <br />review and approval by staff. <br />7. Prior to the issuance of building permits, .the developer must comply with the <br />following conditions. <br />a.
