H.2 Approve Award of Bid for 2017 Seal Coating Proiect <br />At its February 6, 2017 meeting, the Hugo City Council authorized City staff to advertise and <br />receive bids for the 2017 seal coat project. Bids were received and opened on March 22 for this <br />contract. Public Works Director Scott Anderson will review with the Council the bids received <br />and make a recommendation to Council for the award of bid for the 2017 seal coat project. <br />LA Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Council Members Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will update the Council on the activities of the <br />Yellow Ribbon Network to date. <br />M.1 Board of Review and Equalization on Thursday, April 13, 2017 <br />The Council will meet as the Board of Appeal and Equalization on Thursday, April 13, 2017 <br />from 5:30 p.m. — 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Oneka Room at Hugo City Hall. <br />M.2 Habitat Home Dedication on Saturday, April 22, 2017 <br />The Council has been invited to the Habitat Home Dedication in Hugo for four families new to <br />the community. The dedication will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2107 at 10 a.m. at 14932 <br />Generation Avenue North. Council should schedule this as a meeting if they choose to attend. <br />M.3 Expiration of Terms for Carnelian -Marine -St. Croix Watershed District Board of <br />Managers <br />The City has been notified the term for Eric Lindberg on the Carnelian -Marine -St. Croix <br />Watershed District Board of Managers will be expiring on June 21, 2017. Washington County <br />Board is requesting the City submit a list of nominees for consideration, including the support for <br />the incumbent, if they wish. Applications can be made to the City of Hugo or Washington <br />County. <br />N. Adiournment <br />
