Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for April 17, 2017 <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />Glamos Wire Products Open House on May 16, 17, and 1811 <br />Petryk added this to the agenda to inform Council she had been made aware that Glamos Wire <br />Products will be holding an open house on May 16, 17, and 18. <br />Petryk made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Glamos Wire Open <br />House on May 18 between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />k]f <br />Council Members Chuck Haas and Phil Klein updated the Council on the recent activities of the <br />Yellow Ribbon Network. Haas showed photos and shared a thank you note from a veteran they <br />had assisted. The YRN will be sending care packages to Europe. The YRN had worked with <br />Michele Larson to have all the veterans from Keystone Place attend the next Burger Night. The <br />last Hamburger Night was hosted by Dan Gallitan, and Haas shared photos and information on <br />those who attended. The YRN nominated Blattner Energy for the Seven Seals Award. Bald Eagle <br />Sportsman Association has an open house on June 3 and will be accepting free-will donations to <br />the Hugo YRN. A Bayport American Legion member donated $800 from a fundraising event and <br />it will be used it to support youths who will be going to the National Guard Youth Camp. An <br />honor flight will be coming back on Saturday, May 6 if anyone would like to attend. Xcel Energy <br />will be sponsoring the next Burger Night. <br />Schedule Annual Performance Review for City Administrator Bryan Bear <br />Bryan Bear has been employed with the City since May 3, 2004. Bryan served as the <br />Community Development Director until being appointed the City Administrator on November, <br />7, 2011. Bear requested the Council schedule his annual performance review. <br />Weidt made motion, seconded by Klein, to schedule the annual performance review for City <br />Administrator Bryan Bear for May 15, 2017 following the regularly scheduled City Council <br />meeting. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Adjournment <br />Klein made motion, Haas seconded, to adjourn at 8:40 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
