G.11 Approve Resolution for Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program for <br />TH61/CSAH4 Roundabout <br />At its February 6, 2017 meeting, the Council approved a resolution allowing the City to pursue a <br />cooperative agreement with MnDOT for the Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership <br />Program. This program would allow MnDOT to assist in funding landscape materials for the <br />roundabout at TH 61 and 170th Street North. The agreement has now been completed and staff <br />recommends Council approve the resolution approving the cooperative agreement with MnDOT <br />for the Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program. <br />G.12 Approve Water Conservation Grant Agreements with Met Council and Washington <br />Coun <br />In February 2016, the Council approved the grant agreement with the Met Council and <br />Washington County for the City's water rebate program. All of the grant monies and some City <br />contributions were allocated prior to 2017. The Met Council and Washington County have <br />offered more financial support for this program, which ends at the end of June 2017. Staff <br />recommends Council approve agreements with the Met Council and Washington County for <br />additional funds for the City's water rebate program. <br />G.13 Approve Resolution Approving Property Line Adi ustment at 12280 & 12310 <br />Goodview Avenue North <br />Thomas and Edie Schmidt and Nancy Saiko have requested approval of a property line <br />adjustment for properties located at 12280 Goodview Avenue North and 12310 Goodview <br />Avenue North. Both parcels are approximately 10 acres in size. The applicants are proposing to <br />adjust the common property line between the properties because of an existing garage that <br />crosses the property line. The garage will then be in compliance with the setback requirements. <br />This action will result in the properties remaining 10 acres in size. Staff recommends approval of <br />the resolution approving a property line adjustment for Thomas and Edie Schmidt and Nancy <br />Saiko. <br />I.1 Update on Emerald Ash Borer <br />The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) has alerted the City of Hugo that Emerald Ash <br />Borer (EAB) was found in an ash tree located inside the City limits. The MBA provided a <br />presentation on EAB to staff on May 11. Staff will provide an update to the Council. <br />K.1 Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council any updates on the City of <br />Hugo's Yellow Ribbon Network activities. <br />L.1 Comprehensive Plan Workshop on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 <br />A Comprehensive Plan Workshop has been scheduled during the regular EDA meeting of <br />
