Further the existing garage would come into compliance <br />with the setback regulations. The property is located in the Single Family Detached Residential <br />(R-3) Zoning District where the minimum lot size is 10,400 square feet. <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the resolution approving a property line adjustment for Thomas <br />and Edie Schmidt and Nancy Saiko. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
