Property Line Adjustment <br />for properties located at 12280 Goodview Avenue North and 12310 <br />Goodview Avenue North. <br />DATE: May 10, 2017 for the City Council Meeting of May 15, 2017 <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move approval of a resolution approving a property line adjustment for Thomas and Edie <br />Schmidt and Nancy Saiko. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at <br />12280 Goodview Avenue North and 12310 Goodview Avenue North. Both parcels are <br />approximately 10 acres in size. The applicants are proposing to adjust the common property line <br />between the properties because of an existing garage that crosses the property line. The garage <br />will then be in compliance with the setback requirements. This action will result in the properties <br />remaining 10 acres in size. <br />3. ANALYSIS: <br />Section 90-339 of the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations state that, "Where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of <br />record, they may request a property line adjustment."
