July 8, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />One additional parcel south of 130th St. N, and southeast of the proposed Terre De <br />L'Eau project boundary, was included in the DNR's review and was therefore observed <br />from the roadway for possible eagle nests. This area contains a wetland complex with <br />medium-sized deciduous trees, and is not currently proposed for development or tree <br />removal.
