the wetland boundary, or convert the wetland to upland since the boardwalk will be supported by piers <br />that provide an elevated platform. Additionally the applicant is documenting that temporary impacts <br />from the installation of high density construction mats, will be rectified within 6 months of beginning <br />construction. <br />Based on the above discussion and documentation in the application dated February 17, 2017 as well <br />addendums dated March 8, 2017, and April 11, 2017, the applicant's request for sequencing flexibility, <br />wetland impact replacement, and no -loss, is approved with the following conditions: <br />Conditions <br />1. A negative declaration for Adelaide Landing Environmental Assessment Worksheet is approved by <br />Hugo City Council, and <br />2. Wetland replacement must be the wetland amount and type specified in the purchase agreement <br />dated March 29, 2017, and <br />3. Credit purchase must be completed and filed by the Hugo LGU and BWSR has withdrawn credits from <br />the wetland bank before wetland can be impacted, and <br />4. Outlet elevations for the stormwater ponds must be set at and maintained at the elevations specified <br />in the Addendum Memo titled "Adelaide Landing Wetland Replacement Plan Application Response to <br />Comments" dated April 1, 2017, part 2, page 2 and 3, and <br />5. All temporary impacts must be rectified within 6 months from initial impact as required by MN Rule <br />8420.0415 Subp. H.(1)-(4), and <br />6. The boardwalk must be installed so as not to be in contradiction to MN Rule 8420.0111 Subp. 26 and <br />32. <br />
