April 12, 2017 <br />Page 8 <br />Response: <br />Peak hour traffic volumes will not be "...above 300 trips/hour at rush hours", as stated in the <br />comment letter. The total traffic on 1371h Street will be 74 trips/hour during the a.m. peak hour. <br />The total traffic on 1371h Street during the p.m. peak hour will be 84 trips/hour. <br />The percentage of through trips on 137th Street from TH 61 to and from the Adelaide Landing <br />development will be 73% in the a.m. peak hour and 65% in the p.m. peak hour. <br />Regarding traffic calming, the city will take this comment into consideration as part of the design <br />process for the development. The curvilinear design of the roadway in Adelaide Landing was <br />intended to calm traffic. <br />Comment 5: <br />0f caurse, we expect noise for the -con stmCtion which we Imagine will last 3 or years, But we <br />would like to make sure that the hours are mas€rn,able- 7:00 AV to 6:00 PM weekdays oniy,.and na <br />work du week-un or holidays. i do not think this is addressed in the } AW. <br />Response: Construction activity, including equipment startup and fueling, can only occur <br />between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 <br />p.m. on Saturdays; and at no time on Sundays and holidays. <br />Comment 6: <br />Finally, it seems that there has been a private meeting with Excelslor on 3/16. but we did not get the <br />notification, maybe because we just Jnoved in.
