Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for April 17, 2017 <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />Severe Weather Awareness Week April 17-21 and Tornado Drill on April 20, 2017 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that Severe Weather Awareness Week is April <br />17-21. Tornado Drills had been scheduled for Thursday, April 20 2017 at 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 <br />p.m. <br />Comprehensive Plan Open House Workshop on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council an open house/workshop had been scheduled <br />for Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 7 p.m. in the Oneka Room at Hugo City Hall to talk about <br />visioning for the 2040 Comprehensive Plan update. <br />Spring Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 22, 2017 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council the City of Hugo will hold its annual Spring <br />Cleanup event on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Hugo Public Works buiding from 8 a.m. to <br />noon. A list of accepted items and pricing could be found on the City's website. <br />Habitat for Humanity Home Dedication Saturday, April 22, 2017 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council a meeting had been scheduled to attend the <br />Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity dedication for four new homes on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at <br />10 a.m. at 14932 Generation Avenue North. <br />Community Blood Drive Tuesday, April 25, 2017 1'181flI op, <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the American Red Cross will hold a <br />Community Blood Drive at the Hugo Fire Station on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 2:30-7:30 <br />p.m. <br />Kidz `n Biz Saturday, April 29, 2017 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council a meeting had been scheduled to attend the <br />Annual Kidz n'Biz Fest will take place on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Oneka Elementary <br />School from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br />NYFS Leadership Lunch on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council they were invited to attend the Northeast <br />Youth & Family Services 2017 Leadership Luncheon on Wednesday, May 3 at the Midland Hills <br />Country Club, 2001 Fulham Street in Roseville, from 11:30 — 1 p.m. The Council indicated they <br />were unable to attend. <br />
