informing them of the event. This notice will be approved by City staff prior to sending. <br />6. The applicant shall provide the City approved engineer drawings of all obstacles. <br />7. The applicant shall obtain an electrical permit and pay all permit fees. <br />8. A pre -event walk through of the site will be conducted by the Building Official and <br />Electrical Inspector. <br />9. The applicant shall provide copy of insurance for the event to the City of Hugo, <br />naming Hugo as additionally insured. <br />10. The applicant shall submit information on the parking management company that will be <br />responsible for parking operations. <br />11. The applicant will provide the City a copy of the parking agreements for parking <br />on both properties. <br />12. A temporary liquor license will be applied for by a non-profit group selling/serving <br />alcohol. <br />13. Emergency Action Plans must be approved by Washington County Sheriff's <br />Department, Washington County Emergency Management, and the Hugo Fire <br />Department. <br />DURING THE EVENT <br />14. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans <br />submitted with the application. <br />15. The applicant and all on-site vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and <br />local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to the Tough Mudder Event. <br />16. All roads will remain open to local traffic with the exception of 147`v Street between the <br />parking area on the Atkinson property and Irish Avenue. <br />17. The applicant will secure the specified number of Washington County Deputies to <br />be present during the event. <br />18. Parking and traffic procedures will take place as indicated with submittal of the <br />application. <br />19. Weather conditions will be monitored during the event and delays/cancellations will be <br />determined by the opinions of medical, security and/or police staff. <br />
