BACKGROUND MEMO FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON JUNE 19, 2017 <br />D.1 June 5, 2017 City Council Meeting <br />Staff recommends Council approve the minutes for the June 5, 2017 City Council meeting as <br />presented. <br />G.1 Approval of Claims <br />Staff recommends Council approve the Claims Roster as presented. <br />G.2 Approve Resignation of Planning Commissioner Bob Rosenquist <br />Planning Commissioner Bob Rosenquist submitted his request of resignation after serving nearly <br />22 years on the Hugo Panning Commission. Staff recommends Council approve the resignation <br />of Planning Commissioner Bob Rosenquist. <br />G.3 Approve Resignation of Planning Commissioner Chantell Knauss <br />Planning Commissioner Chantell Knauss has submitted her letter of resignation after serving on <br />the Hugo Planning Commission since January 12, 2012. Staff recommends Council approve the <br />resignation of Planning Commissioner Chantell Knauss. <br />GA Approve Advertisement for Vacancies on the Planning Commission <br />Staff recommends Council approve the advertisement for vacancies on the Planning <br />Commission. <br />G.5 Approve Appointment of Craig Moen as a Member of the Historical Commission <br />Craig Moen has applied to be a Member of the Historical Commission. Staff recommends <br />Council approve the appointment of Craig Moen with a term to expire on December 31, 2018. <br />G.6 Approve Summary Ordinance for Pool Ordinance <br />At its June 5, 2017 meeting, Council approved an ordinance regulating swimming pools.
