F.1 Introduction of Hugo Deputy Josh Liebenow Washington County Deputy Josh Liebenow has been serving Hugo as a Deputy for over a year. Sergeant Joe Stoehr will introduce Deputy Josh Liebenow to the Council. F.2 Washington County Sheriffs Recognition of PAWS Veterinarian Michelle Beck The Washington County Sheriff's Office will recognize PAWS Veterinarian Michelle Beck for all the time she has donated to their K9 Unit. F.3 Washington County Sheriffs Office Annual Report — Sheriff Dan Starry Sheriff Dan Starry will present the 2016 Washington County Sheriff's Department Annual Report. FA Seizure Smart Community — Michelle Maxwell from the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota Michelle Maxwell from the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota will share with the Council how the City of Hugo can become a Seizure Smart Community. G.1 Approval of Claims Staff recommends Council approve the Claims Roster as presented. G.2 Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Mechanic Dave Greeder Dave Greeder was hired by the City of Hugo as the mechanic in the Public Works Department on August 8, 2005. Public Works Director Scott Anderson recommends Council approve the annual performance review for Public Works Mechanic Dave Greeder. G.3 Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Director Scott Anderson Scott Anderson was hired by the City of Hugo on August 11, 2003 as a Senior Engineering Technician, and on August 5, 2008, Scott was promoted as the City's Public Works Director. City Administrator Bryan Bear recommends Council approve the annual performance review for Public Works Director Scott Anderson.
