Schifsky for the North Sunset Lake Area Street <br />Improvement Project <br />The City of Hugo has received Pay Request No. 2 from T.A. Schifsky's for the North Sunset <br />Lake Street Reconstruction Project. City Engineer Mark Erichson and Senior Engineering <br />Technician Steve Duff have reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work <br />completed to date on this project. Staff recommends Council approve Pay Request No.2 to T.A. <br />Schifsky in the amount of $286,611.82 for work completed to date on the North Sunset Lake <br />Street Reconstruction Project. <br />G.11 Approve Lease Agreement with Verizon Wireless for Cellular Equipment on Water <br />Tower No.3 <br />Staff has prepared a lease agreement for the installation of cellular equipment on Water Tower <br />No. 3. This lease would allow Verizon Wireless to install antennas similar to the ones owned by <br />T -Mobile that are already installed on the tower. When the water tower was built, space and <br />access was designed specifically for the installation of such mobile antenna equipment. Staff is <br />recommending Council approve a lease agreement with Verizon Wireless to allow the <br />installation of antenna equipment on water tower no. 3. In return, Verizon Wireless will pay the <br />City an annual rent of $24,000 with a 2.5% increase each year. <br />H.1 Update on Fire Hall Roof Replacement <br />At its July 5, 2017, meeting, the Council approved the hiring of a consultant to prepare plans and <br />specifications for a new Fire Hall roof. Staff will provide Council an update. <br />K.1 Yellow Ribbon Network Report <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Council Member Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow <br />Ribbon Network activities held recently. <br />L.1 Reschedule September 4, 2017 Council Meeting to Tuesday, September 5, 2017 Due to <br />Labor Day Holiday <br />Each year, the Hugo City Council has to reschedule its first meeting in September due to the <br />Labor Day Federal Holiday. City staff recommends Council approve the rescheduling of the <br />September 4, 2017 City Council meeting to Tuesday, September 5, 2017. <br />L.2 Comprehensive Plan Workshop on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 <br />A workshop has been scheduled with the Parks Commission to discuss the 2040 Comprehensive <br />Plan as it relates to parks. The workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, August 8, 2017, in the Oneka <br />Room at 7 p.m. <br />
