F.1 Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf Update — HGNFS President Chris DeFresne Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf President Chris DeFresne will provide Council an update. G.1 Approval of Claims Staff recommends Council approve the Claims Roster as presented. G.2 Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Matt Klein Public Works Worker Matt Klein was hired by the City of Hugo on August 27, 2012. Public Works Director Scott Anderson recommends Council approve the Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Matt Klein. G.3 Approve Resolution Amending Preliminary Plat and PUD for Fable Hills 4' Addition Elmcrest Investments, LLC, is requesting an amendment to the preliminary plat and PUD to add three lots to the existing preliminary plat approval. The previous approval consisted of 46 detached villa lots and 14 single family home lots for a total 60 lots. The applicant is requesting a change to allow 54 detached villa lots and 9 single family home lots for a total of 63 lots. In 2015, the applicant final platted 26 of the detached villa lots. At its August 10, 2017, meeting, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the amendment request. There were four residents that spoke during the public hearing. Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the preliminary plat and PUD, subject to the conditions listed in the resolution. The Planning Commission was comfortable with the application request and agreed it meet the intent of the overall PUD general plan. They unanimously recommended approval of the resolution amending the preliminary plat and PUD to the City Council. GA Approve Property Line Adjustment at 15118 and 15198 Irish Ave. N. (Lutz & Lemay) Vince and Julie Lutz, 15118 Irish Avenue, and Charles and Lisa Lemay, 15198 Irish Avenue, have applied for a Property Line Adjustment to move their common property line 300 feet to the north. This would result in a 10 acre lot and a 30 acre lot, both remaining in conformance with the minimum lot size of 10 acres. Staff recommends Council approve the resolution approving a Property Line Adjustment for 15118 and 15198 Irish Avenue North.
