Property Line <br />Adjustment for properties located at 15118 Irish Avenue North and 15198 <br />Irish Avenue North. <br />DATE: August 2, 2017 for the City Council Meeting of August 21, 2017 <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move approval of a resolution approving a property line adjustment for Vince and Julie Lutz & <br />Charles and Lisa Lemay. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicants are requesting approval of a property line adjustment for properties located at <br />15118 Irish Avenue North and 15198 Irish Avenue North. Both parcels are approximately 20 <br />acres in size. The applicants are proposing to adjust the common property line between the <br />properties resulting in one approximately 30 acre lot, and one 10 acre lot. This adjustment will <br />also allow accessory buildings to come into conformance with setback requirements in this <br />zoning district. <br />3. ANALYSIS: <br />Section 90-339 of the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulations state that, "Where adjacent <br />property owners desire to adjust their mutual lot line without creating a new parcel or lot of <br />record, they may request a property line adjustment."
