Page 2 <br />properties to be in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Regulation, the Zoning <br />Administrator shall provide the application to the City Council for administrative review and <br />consideration." <br />Findings <br />The properties are located in the Agricultural Zoning District, where the minimum lot size is 10 <br />acres. Staff finds that both properties will conform to the City's minimum lot requirements after <br />the relocation of the common property line. Further, the existing accessory building would come <br />into compliance with the setback regulations as a result of the adjustment. <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the resolution approving a property line adjustment for Vince and <br />Julie Lutz & Charles and Lisa Lemay. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
