CITY OF HANOVER <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MINUTES <br /> Haugen stated his plan for conducting the performance evaluation was <br /> to review the process in place prior to MDG, Inc. being on board and <br /> then itemize work completed since contract initiation. Haugen noted <br /> this needs to be completed by the end of September prior to final <br /> budget meetings. Peterson noted he had had discussions with a few <br /> members of the Council regarding the contract. A meeting with <br /> Urbanski, Haugen, Bucholtz and MDG, Inc. was set for Thursday, <br /> August 17th at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall. <br /> e. Paullin stated that Hanover business owner, Bryan Rietzner, received <br /> the Minnesota Dixies award for being an employer of the year. <br /> f. Peterson thanked the EDA for their support of the Hanover Harvest <br /> Festival and specifically recognized Bankwest for sponsorship. <br /> g. Buchholtz thanked Dave Peterson for his commitment to Hanover <br /> Harvest Festival. He also thanked Haugen for allowing the festival to <br /> use his parking lot within the industrial park during the event. <br /> Buchholtz also noted that the preliminary budget includes the <br /> maximum levy for the EDA with any excess revenue being transferred <br /> to the business incentive fund. Buchholtz noted the fund is currently at <br /> $20,500 and will have an expected $15,000 transfer in from 2006.
