HUGO ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> 1. Sewered Lots. A lot of record having direct access to <br /> municipal sewer and water may be developed in accordance with <br /> this Chapter provided measurements for lot area and width are <br /> within seventy-five (75) percent of the requirements of the base <br /> zoning district. <br /> 2. Unsewered Lots. A lot of record not having access to <br /> municipal sewer and water may be developed provided it complies <br /> with Washington County regulations. <br /> (d) The lot in question has frontage on a public street. <br /> (e) Public health concerns (potable water and sanitary sewer) can be <br /> adequately provided. <br /> (f) The setback and yard requirements of the applicable zoning district <br /> can be achieved while simultaneously resulting in development that <br /> complies with the character and quality of the immediate area and the <br /> objectives of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. <br /> (B) Developed Lots.
