N <br /> Dear Mr. &Mrs. Minich: <br /> As per our conservation on July 18, 2006,the City of Hugo has received numerous <br /> complaints regarding the condition of your property at 13891 Forest Blvd. N,Hugo, <br /> MN 55038. An inspection of the property was conducted on July 14, 2006, and again <br /> on July 18, 2006. Present at the inspection were Eric Jensen,Washington County <br /> Department of Health&Environmental Specialist, Marty Schwartz,Hugo Fire Marshal, <br /> Matt Stemwedel,Administrative Intern, and myself, Hugo's Code Enforcement Officer. <br /> The following items are considered a nuisance and are in violation of Chapter 200s: <br /> 1. Sec. 200-3, (3),the accumulation of garbage and rubbish not in containers. <br /> 2. Sec. 200-3, (5),the accumulation of tin cans,bottles, glass,trash and other debris. <br /> 3. Sec. 200-3, (6),the throwing, dumping of garbage,human waste,decaying matter, <br /> rubbish,tin cans,glass, and other debris on private property not authorized by law. <br /> 4. Sec. 200-3, (8),noxious weeds and other rank growth on the property. <br /> 5. Sec. 200-4,(8),the ownership, possession or control of any unused refrigerator to be <br /> exposed and accessible to the public without removing the doors. <br /> 6. Sec. 200-4, (18),the buildings have been damaged to an extent that the amount of <br /> damage exceeds one-half of their original value, and are in disrepair as to endanger <br /> the safety of the public. <br /> 7. Sec. 200-4, (19),the condition of a property that is liable to cause injury to a person <br /> or property of others. <br />
