Mr. Alex Minich <br /> July 19, 2006 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Please be advised that the buildings have been declared "hazardous buildings" as <br /> defined under State Statutes 463.15 Subd. 3, and a public nuisance under Chapter <br /> 200-1 (1) of the City of Hugo's Municipal Code. <br /> Please take the following corrective action immediately: <br /> 1. Remove all bottles, broken glass, mattress, garbage and everything else that <br /> are in the buildings to a lawful landfill. <br /> 2. Remove the refrigerator from the building to a lawful recycle center. <br /> 3. Remove all plumbing fixtures from the site and seal all waste lines. <br /> 4. Install 3/4"plywood on every opening on each of the four buildings on the <br /> property. The plywood must be fastened to the building in such a way as to <br /> prevent ingress into the buildings. <br /> 5. Cut all noxious weeds and grass throughout the property. <br /> 6. Remove commercial truck and all the refuse in the truck from the site. <br /> 7. Schedule an inspection of the site to insure compliance. <br /> 8. Send letter to the City verifying that there is no occupancy of the buildings. <br /> As the property owner, you are responsible for the immediate abatement and correction <br /> of all violations.
