Rachel
From: Paul Steinman [psteinman@springsted.com]
Sent: Friday, January 12, 2007 12:32 PM
To: Rachel
Cc: Bryan Bear
Subject: Hugo Draft TIF Policy 1-11-07.DOC
Follow Up Flag: Follow up
Flag Status: Yellow
Attachments: Hugo Draft TIF Policy 1-11-07.DOC
Rachel:
Here is the latest Draft of the Hugo TIF Policy. I re-worked all the sections to reflect our
discussion and the discussion with the Subcommittee. I also re-worked the Worksheet so that
it is a "Redevelopment Worksheet". I left all the major policy issues highlighted in yellow, and
where I made changes since our Subcommittee discussion, I've highlighted in turquoise.
When you print these out in black and white, the highlighted portions show up in lighter
(yellow) and darker (turquoise) shades so it should be easy to lead the EDA through the
discussion.
would recommend that they spend a fair amount of time understanding and walking through
the Redevelopment Worksheet, as I have taken some liberties with creating new criteria and
the ranking which I assigned to them. Please call me if you have any questions about it.
I am available to go to the meeting and assist if you choose -just let me know.
Thanks.
Paul T.
