The EDA suggested having a staff member be designated to go to the workshops. Mike <br /> Ericson, the City Administrator has decided he will be the city representative to go the <br /> workshops and report back to the EDA. Arcand asked if this will be a policy that will <br /> have to be approved at sometime. Miron stated that this is just a way for the County to <br /> get involved in economic development with its communities. <br /> DISCUSSION ON 2007 GOALS <br /> Attached are the City Council goals for 2006 and the on going priorities for the City. In <br /> January there will be a City Council workshop to establish the 2007 City goals. The EDA <br /> discussed several goals that they would like to set for 2007. Staff will compile the goals <br /> and include them in the next EDA agenda packet. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Arcand stated that the EDA meetings for January and February must get changed due to <br /> the holidays that occur on the regularly scheduled dates. <br /> Granger made a motion, seconded by Arcand,to move the EDA meeting dates to the <br /> Tuesday after the regular meetings at 9:30 am. <br /> All aye. Motion carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Granger made motion,Klein seconded to adjourn the meeting at 10:20 am <br /> All aye. Motion carried. <br />
