This is the current Land Use <br />Plan for the City of Hugo <br />adopted with the 1996 Com- <br />prehensive Plan. With the <br />2008 Comprehensive Plan the <br />land use plan will be revised <br />to reflect what the City's <br />needs are today looking to- <br />wards the future.
