Lighting: <br /> In addition to the lighting requirements presented in Lighting <br /> Regulations-§153.185, lighting in the B-2 District shall be subject to <br /> the following regulations: <br /> a) Decorative style lighting a maximum of 14 feet in height shall <br /> be used to illuminate all site areas with the exception of parking Shoe-box lighting or other <br /> downcast fixtures to be used in <br /> areas. <br /> large parking areas <br /> b) Shoe-box style lighting shall only be permitted in parking areas. <br /> c) Decorative lighting appropriate to this district is illustrated in <br /> the Forest Lake Design Requirement Manual. <br /> d) Lighting fixtures shall be compatible with the architecture of Wall mounted lighting shall be used <br /> the building. to illuminate entry points and highlight <br /> architectural features <br /> e) Wall-mounted lighting shall be used on building fronts to <br /> illuminate entry points and highlight architectural features. <br /> Fixtures should be decorative <br /> and appropriate in size to the B-2 <br /> District <br /> 71-1 <br /> Lighting of appropriate size and <br /> scale shall be provided for all <br /> outdoor parking,walkways and <br /> public spaces <br /> 2-20 City of Forest Lake *Bonestroo <br />
