Recession ("YEP!) <br /> But what happens in Ww4ifington county[HUGO ? <br /> Commercial property market values increase ?"? (YEP) <br /> So now they can raise property taxes on those remaining business. <br /> To the point where its difficult to survive, or have to raise <br /> rent/lease to cover it. <br /> But then cant find tenants to fill those spaces (3 buildings just <br /> north of city hall has 4 opep. spaces, I owned by the city) <br /> Or nobody will rebuild after an accident(Property tax % rate to <br /> High M) <br /> Businesses need other businesses in the area to pull. people in. <br /> We try to provide the local community with services , and or jobs <br /> But these constant increase ( 70% in last 4 years ) is out of control! <br /> That would be the equivalent to a $193,000 home paying $ <br /> 6000.00 +/'- in property tax ( how w,�ould you feel;'?) MAYBE <br /> IRATE ? <br /> And it doesn't matter who you complain to everyone blames it on. <br /> Someone else city/county/state . <br /> Just a shift from residential to commercial empql downtown) <br /> Who would come in even with ( T.I.F` ) after these increases are 1r) <br /> Place? <br /> So please anyone looking to come hear should be welcomed with <br /> open arms and a hug. <br /> Contrary to a statement in the pioneer press ( its nice not to have <br /> vacant commercial space or tenant space, but on the other hand <br />
