If you take out every other one (29) and replace the old 18 on hwy61 , ( with the 29 we already have) it would give the look of tying in both,( new and established Hugo) as one and would provide a brighter/ safer more inviting feel to the area. That would leave more than enough lighting along both roads in a more efficient manner. That would also give a place to hang welcome to Hugo banners/flower baskets/flags/ x-mas decorations like we used to do Remember when downtown was fun!
