Subcontractor I • • <br /> As mentioned above and based on the RFP encouraging consultant proposals to consider using the <br /> services provided by the University of Minnesota Extension Services and the Department of <br /> Employment and Economic Development,Springsted is pursuing those engagements. There was <br /> some uncertainty whether the University of Minnesota Regional Extension services would"joint <br /> venture"on an individual proposal. Consequently Springsted has not yet entered into any <br /> agreements with the University,but our intention is to do so if selected. We have conservatively <br /> priced Task A in the scope of work to allow for some modifications to the possible data sets that the <br /> University of Minnesota would analyze.
