9. Fees and Charges <br /> We propose to complete this study, in accordance with the scope of services detailed above,on <br /> an hourly basis of$190 per hour and will not exceed$56,700. We estimate that completion of <br /> the three tasks combined will cost$56,700,exclusive of any out-of-pocket expenses such as <br /> travel and copying. This fee includes attendance at meetings with staff as necessary,to review <br /> the project components.
