of the development. Any funds remaining in the escrow accounts <br /> after the completion of the development shall be refunded to the <br /> Developer. In the event that the escrow account herein is <br /> depleted, Developer agrees to post additional sums of money to <br /> replenish the account and to cover projected City costs. <br /> Specifically, Developer agrees that the escrow account shall <br /> always have a balance of no less than Two Thousand Five Hundred <br /> Dollars ($2, 500 . 00) . Developer shall be entitled, upon request, <br /> to an itemized statement of all costs and fees charged against <br /> this escrow account. <br /> 2 . Road Dedication. The Final Plat shall dedicate to <br /> the City for roadway and utility purposes all land within the <br /> development located within thirty (30) feet from the centerlines <br /> of the following roads: <br /> a.
