the plat must be monumented with iron surveyor' s pipes by the <br /> Developer to assure proper setbacks within the lots. <br /> b) Developer shall construct sanitary sewer, <br /> water mains, storm sewer systems, and bituminous streets, with <br /> concrete curb and gutter. This work shall including all necessary <br /> grading, road preparation and drainage work. <br /> c) Developer shall provide adequate off-street <br /> parking on all lots abutting on cul-de-sacs, or termination <br /> turnarounds, such that the City could prohibit on-street parking <br /> if necessary for safety and maintenance purposes. <br /> d) On site watermains shall be looped, as <br /> required by the City. <br /> e) Drainage easements shall be given so as to <br /> cover ponding based upon 100-year high water levels. <br /> f) Soils inspection and compaction testing by a <br /> registered professional engineer shall be accomplished on all lots <br /> where filling is required, in accordance with the approved Grading <br /> Plan. A minimum of one (1) compaction test shall be obtained for <br /> every -two (2) foot increment of fill that is placed. A summary of <br /> all inspections and compaction tests shall be provided to the City <br /> upon completion of the grading. <br /> g) Developer shall install trees within the Plat <br /> per City Subdivision Ordinance 290-10, Subd.
