M) Street lights shall be installed within the <br /> plat according to a street lighting plan which will first be <br /> approved by the City Engineer. Developer shall also submit its <br /> street lighting plan to Northern States Power Company for its <br /> review, comment and approval. The installation of the street <br /> lights shall be coordinated with Northern States Power Company so <br /> that the street light system is installed, constructed and <br /> operated in such a manner as will harmoniously exist with other <br /> street lights within the area. <br /> n) The Developer shall construct a ten (10) foot <br /> wide bicycle path along the west and south side of Flay Road. The <br /> trail shall also continue south on the west side of Fondant Trail <br /> (south of Flay Road) . <br /> o) The Developer shall construct a temporary <br /> cul-de-sac at the east end of 128th Street North. <br /> All work for these public improvements, including <br /> street, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and municipal water, shall be <br /> done subject to the approval of the City in accordance with City <br /> standards and requirements. All improvements shall be fully <br /> completed to the reasonable satisfaction and approval of the City <br /> on or before November 1, 2000. The Developer shall be excused <br /> from the strict completion date set forth herein if written notice <br /> is received from the Developer of the existence of causes over <br /> Rev. 06/11/05 <br />
