h) All utilities, including electricity, <br /> telephone, natural gas and cable television, shall be installed <br /> underground where possible. <br /> i) Developer shall identify mailbox locations, <br /> provide as-built drawings to the City, and install all trees and <br /> surface water drainage systems within the development as required <br /> by the City. <br /> j ) Soil stabilization shall be employed <br /> throughout the Plat on an "as needed" basis (as determined by the <br /> City) to insure the integrity of the soils. Developer shall use <br /> top soil, seeding, silt fence, and such other means as are <br /> approved by the City to prevent erosion of the soils. Developer <br /> shall submit a grading and erosion control plan to the City for <br /> this purpose. <br /> k) Developer shall construct storm sewer, berms, <br /> swales, and/or such other storm water drainage devices as shall be <br /> necessary to control drainage within the Plat. A storm water <br /> drainage plan must be submitted to the City and approved by the <br /> City, the City' s Engineer, ani or the City' s Water Resource <br /> Engineer before any work is done within the Plat. <br /> 1) Developer agrees not to commence any utility <br /> or street work within the plat until first receiving a written <br /> "Notice to Proceed" from the City. <br /> Rev. 06/11/05 <br />
