b) The Developer and its successors in interest, <br /> including all individual homeowners, shall be responsible for <br /> maintenance of all drainage areas within the easements on their <br /> property. <br /> 7 . Wetland Boundaries . The property contained within <br /> the proposed development is partially composed of wetlands. <br /> Developer shall provide competent "before and after" topographical <br /> surveys to the City delineating the exact elevation of land within <br /> the wetlands . The topographical surveys shall show the elevations <br /> before any work has been done on the site and after the site has <br /> been landscaped. <br /> Developer agrees to comply with all requirements <br /> and restrictions applicable to each of the wetlands upon the <br /> property. <br /> 8 . Lowest Floor Elevations. No building shall be <br /> constructed on any of the lots herein unless the lowest floor <br /> elevation is at least two (2) feet above the 100-year flood <br /> elevation or four (4) feet above the high groundwater elevation, <br /> whichever is--greater, for the subject property. Additionally, the <br /> lowest floor elevation shall be specifically referenced and <br /> designated, for each lot, on a certificate of survey, which survey <br /> shall be provided to the City before any building permits are <br /> issued for any lots within the Plat . <br /> Rev. 06/11/05 <br />
