for the snow removal costs as per the City' s contract with <br /> Washington County for snow removal services. <br /> d) Lift Station. The City shall prepare plans <br /> and specifications for the construction of gravity sanitary sewer, <br /> force main and a regional lift station that will serve the <br /> Development and areas outside the Development. These facilities <br /> will be located outside of the Development along the south side of <br /> 130th Street North, and are considered to be public improvements <br /> that will provide service to areas other than the development and <br /> the Development itself. The City shall contract separately for <br /> the construction of these improvements. The Developer shall be <br /> responsible for providing wetland mitigation related to these <br /> improvements. <br /> e) Developer shall provide to the City proof that <br /> it has obtained written consent from the Minnesota Pipeline <br /> Company to construct on the Minnesota Pipeline Easement prior to <br /> improvements on the Development. <br /> f) Developer shall be allowed building permits <br /> for no more than six (6) model homes td--be built within the <br /> Development. These homes shall not be built until the Final Plat <br /> has been filed with Washington County. No Certificates of <br /> Occupancy, no other Building Permits (or any other permits) , shall <br /> be issued until the Final Plat for the Development has been <br /> Rev. 06/11/05 <br />
