This <br /> provision specifically requires that the surface water drainage <br /> system must be substantially completed and functioning to the <br /> satisfaction of the City. <br /> All costs associated with these improvements shall <br /> initially be paid by the Developer, pursuant to the City of Hugo' s <br /> "Private Development Cost Sharing Policy" adopted by the Hugo City <br /> council on May 18, 1998 and a City Ordinance providing the means <br /> by which the City' s share of costs will be reimbursed to <br /> Developer. The Ordinance shall provide a means by which the City <br /> can collect connection charges from property owners as they <br /> connect to the lift station and subsequently reimburse the <br /> Developer. The connection charges shall be determined by City <br /> Staff and reflect the difference between the final project costs <br /> for the improvements and the Developer' s share of the costs. The <br /> Ordinance shall also address yearly inflationary increases for the <br /> connection charges based on the ordinances and policy. All <br /> reimbursement shall be conducted pursuant to the Cost Sharing <br /> Policy approved by the City. The Developer shall pay 60% of the <br /> final project costs in connection with the lift station and 21% of <br /> the final project costs in connection with the 6 inch force main. <br /> Said final costs shall include engineering, legal and <br /> Rev. 06/11/05 <br />
