1 . Location, size and depth of all storm <br /> sewers; <br /> 2 . Location and invert elevations of all <br /> manholes; and, <br /> 3 . Location, type and outflow elevations of <br /> all storm water control structures . <br /> E. Flood plain boundaries . <br /> F. Ordinary high water elevation for all water <br /> bodies. <br /> G. Location of all easements. <br /> H. Location of all road right-of-ways. <br /> I. Location of all streets, sidewalks and bike <br /> paths. <br /> J. Location and description of all surveying <br /> monuments. <br /> Developer shall also provide such other information regarding the <br /> plat as is reasonable requested by the City. <br /> 15. Warranty of Title. Developer warrants and <br /> represents to the City that it is the fee owner of the land <br /> described herein and that it has authority to execute this <br /> Development Agreement and agree to the conditions hereof. <br /> Developer also represents and warrants that the <br /> use for which this development is sought will not violate any <br /> restrictive covenants applying to the property. <br /> 16. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be deemed to <br /> be a restrictive covenant and the terms and conditions hereof <br /> shall run with the land described herein and be binding on and <br /> Rev. 06/11/05 <br />
