The City will use reasonable efforts to acquire said <br /> easements . <br /> 14 . Record Information Requirements. Following <br /> completion of all development activities, the Developer shall <br /> provide to the City "as-built" plans for all public improvements <br /> and land within the plat. This information shall be provided to <br /> the City by two (2) printed copies and in an electronic GIS file <br /> format acceptable to the City Engineer. As-built information <br /> shall include: <br /> A. Topography in two-feet contour intervals. <br /> B. Water system facility information, including: <br /> 1. Location, size and depth of all mains; <br /> 2. Location and type of all valves; and, <br /> 3. Location of all hydrants. <br /> C. -Sanitary sewer facilities information, <br /> including: --- <br /> 1. Location, size and depth of all mains; <br /> 2 . Location and invert elevations of all <br /> manholes; and, <br /> 3. Location, size and depth of all lift <br /> stations. <br /> D.
