In particular, we <br />have reviewed the following plans related to this particular request: <br />• Adelaide Landing Final Plat prepared by Westwood Professional Services. <br />• Grading Drainage and Erosion Control Plans dated 09/22/17 <br />• Construction Plans for Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer, and Streets dated <br />09/22/17 <br />• Storm Sewer Design dated 09/21/17 <br />Based on the review of the final plat documents, we offer the following comments related to this <br />application: <br />Final Plat <br />1. The final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat documents, and the appropriate <br />drainage/utility easements have been provided within the plat area itself. <br />2. Outlots should contain drainage and utility easements over them and right of way should be <br />provided to accommodate the future roundabout consistent with information provided to the <br />developer. <br />Development A -t reement <br />1. There are a number of development fees outlined within the City's Fee Schedule that will <br />become due as part of the final plat.
