The system will be owned and operated by the <br />Homeowners Association, and the City will have access to the system as needed for monitoring <br />and operation. A credit based on the anticipated reduction in water demand has been included as <br />part of the Development Agreement. <br />3. The developer is responsible to pay for 44% of the costs to reconstruct 130th Street. The <br />developer is required to pay for 1/3 of their share of the cost to reconstruct 130th Street with each <br />of the first three plats. <br />Grading, Street, and Utilih Plans <br />1. We are working directly with the applicant's engineer to finalize the grading, street, and utility <br />construction plans, specifications, and details. We will issue the drainage permit and <br />construction plan approvals once the remaining issues have been resolved. We do not expect that <br />any remaining plan changes will have a significant impact on the final plat. <br />2. We are coordinating the future reconstruction of 130th Street with the applicants engineer to <br />ensure adequate right of way is provided and other elements are coordinated appropriately. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
