Identify, articulate, and document the features characterizing <br /> neighborhood and conaaunity parks including locations, functions, <br /> and facilities, etc. <br /> 2. Identify the factors, criteria, and standards that make parcels <br /> of land desirable for acquisition for park developments examples <br /> include, but are not limited to, accessibility, development <br /> costs, safety, MUSA location, planned road changes, existence of <br /> natural resources. <br /> -3- <br />
