Sanitary sewer service to the townhome portion of phase one will require the extension of sanitary <br />sewer through a future phase and across the ditch as currently planned. <br />It is not clear how the developer proposes to bring water service to the Townhome portion of phase 1 as <br />there is not yet watermain shown extending from 1591h Street at TH 61 and a significant extension of <br />watermain would need to be constructed through future phases as currently shown.
